Dyeing Mill & Processes

High-Temperature High-Pressure (HTHP) Dyeing Machines are the core equipment for coloring fabrics. Through precise temperature and pressure control, we ensure the dye fully penetrates the fibers to achieve an even, vibrant, and long-lasting coloration.

HTHP Dyeing Principles

1. Loading and Sealing

Load fabrics and the prepared dye liquor into the machine, ensuring the lid is completely locked and sealed.

2. Precise Heating & Pressurizing

Heat the environment to 120°C - 140°C and increase the internal pressure to 2.5 - 4 kg/cm².

3. Penetration & Fixation

Maintain the high-pressure environment for 30 minutes to 2 hours for deep dye penetration, followed by multiple rinses to remove unfixed dyes.

4. Cooling & Unloading

Gradually cool down and release the pressure before taking out the fabric, ensuring a stable hand-feel.
